General Features (version 3.5)

SoCliHos was originally designed on special demand as a low budget software package for hospitals in Africa and Arabic speaking countries.  But the basic features can easily be adapted or extended to meet your specific wishes. Contact our medical staff to discuss this matter: medstaff@avd-ci.be.

• Patient Identification
  • Automatically generated patient code.
  • Possibility to add a medical record number (depending on the internal organization of the hospital)
  • Automatic protection against double medical record number (unless this numbers concerns the same patient): a green dot appears when the medical record number is valid; a red dot means that this is an existing number for a different patient.
  • Automatic control of conflicting medical record numbers when the program is started (this option can be canceled).
  • Choice between Name and First Name plus Last Name
  • Gender (click options)

  • Period of stay: automatically calculated based on the date of admission and discharge, and with an automatic warning for long stays (30 days or more).
